The Board of General Studies Center Land Arts of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (hereafter CF) wishes to inform their constituents that:

1. In the Assembly of Delegates on Saturday October 9, 2010, the motion was filed against the secretary vacancy Economics CF. The motion was sponsored by University Coherence (the majority of the House belongs to this group), and managed to generate a difference of 2 votes in its favor (24 - 22), although not presented any evidence.
2. The Assembly has an open agenda and all members have the opportunity to present the issues they wish to play, but never sent any request to include the motion.
3. The organization in charge to address these issues is the Office of the CF. Lies with the prosecution process orders, investigate and report, so that any student alleged to have opportunity to present their defense and to articulate an adequate defense (otherwise, it would violate the rights of any complaint against the student free of any other .)

5. Consistent with the above, the CF EE.GG.LL. attorney, decided to withdraw from the Assembly, as a sign of disagreement.
6. In summary, i) was inserted in an irregular way a point not covered in the agenda of the Assembly, ii) violated the powers of the DPP EE.GG.LL. CF, and iii) we have tried to violate the rights of a student, who works in an efficient and responsible in our CF (it was not investigated, he was not charged, was not notified, was not allowed his defense , and was denied time required to answer the facts presented).

The Board within the democratic spirit that characterizes abide by the decision of the Assembly, while granted suspensive effect, for the reasons explained, until the prosecution is a decision. In that sense, we will present the petition to the Tax Board, so that attention to due process, investigate and adjudicate. No establishment may be incurred in arbitrary functions, procedures injure or violate the rights of students.
